Establishment of Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force Under USMCA
Executive Order 13923 was signed on May 15, 2020, establishing a Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force under Section 741 of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act. The task force was directed to coordinate enforcement of forced labor provisions in the USMCA trade agreement across federal agencies.
